An Integrative Counsellor BSc MBACP
A warm welcome to my website.
My name is Jaime Payne. I offer “face-to-face” counselling with both adults and young people who want to make sense of their lives and experience or improve their confidence and self esteem.
All kinds of situations can bring a person to therapy. It might be problem with a relationship or an unease with our self. As you have approached this website you might be feeling ready to face whatever it is that is affecting your life. As a trained professional I will keep a nonjudgmental, confidential space for you each week where you can come and share your experiences and feelings in a safe place. Together we can find your own unique answers and a path towards healing.
